Female White-Collar Crime Divas-Mordern Day Thieves
Wow! You know what . . . there are millions of folks that agree with that statement. Really . . all you have to do is pick up a newspaper, read a magazine, log onto an enews, listen to the radio, scroll through a search engine, click on the department of justice sites, or simply read a blog posting like this one and you will come across hundreds of thousands of cases, and names of those people who believe and affirm Ivan Boesky quote, and there are millions of more individuals who go unknown. . . . “Yes, Greed is good. Greed is right. Greed works. And Greed will save the U.S.A!” Words of agreement by Stanley Weiser”
Welcome to 2015! Sorry I’m just getting back after several long and stressful weeks, but I’m geared up and ready to go and I discovered during my break crime kept right on rolling, or should I say growing.
I thought I would put something on your mind with the quotes and statements above. Was it a bit of a shocker? Obviously many people think that Greed is all right and the proof can be seen in every area of society.
Yes, you are greedy too!!! I say this, because greed does not just cover a criminal act, we are all greedy for material things. Think of it like this; if you have far more of any one thing than you actually “need” that’s greed. Seriously, when you go into your closet and you have enough clothes to wear a different outfit every day of the year . . . haven’t you exceeded your need. When you–let’s say, go into your pantry and you have enough food in there to feed the neighborhood for a few months . . . that’s greed. Yes, yes, you say, “But I worked and paid for that.” That however, doesn’t change the fact that you have exceeded your need and operating in the greed mold.
It is this behavior that gets out of control and has nice people, good neighbors, trusting employees, loving mothers, generous friends committing crimes. Just to add some flesh to what I am saying I have listed below 23 crimes I quickly pulled from the internet in less then ‘thirty minutes’. These crimes were committed by: executives, business owners, trusted agents, doctors, lawyers, judges, police officers, sheriffs, postal workers, IRS agent, and grandmothers. All who thought that greed is all right that greed is good! We are all greedy to and for something . . . think about it and be honest with yourself.
