Female White-Collar Crime Divas-Mordern Day Thieves
Today’s CrimeDiva, Gayle L. Schultz, 55 ( the prisons are filling up with older women, crazy), of 1100 block of Hawkinson, Galesburg, IL. Did you just read that the government is posting people’s addresses, wow!
According to records, Ms. Schultz, was charged with submitting false time sheets for hours worked when in fact she was working at another job. It’s funny the things we humans will do when we think no one will find out, [it’s viewed as parting from your integrity]. Ms. Gayle and 14 other workers were running a game of filing time sheets for work as home health workers, but were actually not working during the time they claimed to be on the jobs.
Generally, a person would simply be fired without pay, however, this has to do with state and federal funds which changes the game to a crime. The government does not play when it comes to its money. The records did not mention how much money was received by these individuals. They are facing up to 20 years each for their crimes of mail fraud, this charge is because they mailed in the time sheets, health care fraud, and making a false statement.
