Female White-Collar Crime Divas-Mordern Day Thieves
Today’s CrimeDivas is, Kimberly Fergusun, 53, of MI. Ms. Fergusun worked as a bank vault teller for 33 years, [did you read the post from yesterday about crime, habit and slave, if not, please do].
According to the records, she started stealing $60,000 a year from 1997 until 2012 when she was caught. In such crimes, it is usually purely by chance that these thefts are uncovered. In this case, bank officials noticed that the defendant’s branch had as many as 38 more transits slips per month than an average branch. She did not deposit the money in an account, but carried it out the bank in cash. Unfortunately, the bank slips were the paper trail.
Ms. Fergusun was sentenced to 27 months in federal prisons for bank fraud.
If money is a temptation to or for you, do not get a job where you will be tempted!
The mission of this site is to prevent professional, educated, and career-minded females from committing white-collar crimes; to educate, and confabulate with others who have an interest in this epic situation and who has a desire to make a difference.
